It covers the website at ebikeaccidentclaim.co.uk and the enquiry form on it. It does not cover any other website you reach from here.
What we ask for
Only what we need to understand your accident: your name, an email address, a phone number if you choose to give one, the kind of accident it was, and anything you decide to write in the message box. Nothing else is collected from the form, and there is no hidden field on it.
Please do not send us documents, images or medical records through this form. If we need them, we will tell you how to send them.
What we use it for
One thing: to respond to your enquiry about your accident. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not profile you or make automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to advertisers or to lead brokers. There is no advertising network, no tracking pixel and no analytics script on this site. Our hosting provider necessarily handles the request that carries your form to us, in the ordinary way any website works.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it to deal with what you have sent us, and then no longer. If you ask us to delete what you have sent, we will.
Server logs
Like any website, requests for pages are handled by a hosting provider, which may process technical information such as an IP address and browser type in order to serve the page and keep the service secure. That is the ordinary operation of a website rather than anything we collect for our own use.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal information, including the right to access it, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how it is used, and to withdraw a consent you have given. You also always have the right to raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s independent data-protection regulator, whose own website explains how to do that.
