What this covers
The website itself: information that is inaccurate, out of date or misleading, a page that does not work, something that is hard to read or to use with a keyboard or a screen reader, or a concern about how we handle personal data.
If you are telling us something is wrong, the most useful thing you can include is which page it is on and what you believe the correct position is. We would rather be corrected than be wrong.
What this does not cover
If your complaint is about a solicitor, a claims company or an insurer you dealt with somewhere else, it belongs with that organisation’s own complaints procedure and with whichever body regulates it — not with us. We have no standing in it, we cannot look into it, and we cannot escalate it for you.
If your concern is about your personal data
That route is open to you now and does not depend on us. Anyone in the UK can raise a data-protection concern directly with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s independent regulator for data protection. You can find how to do that on the ICO’s own website. What we ask for and why is set out in our privacy notice. Nothing on this page limits that right.
How to tell us
Use the form below. Choose “Something else” and say in the message that it is about the website, so it does not get read as an accident enquiry.
